About Nova
Meet the face behind Nova Sol Coaching.
Matthew “Nova” Castronova is an executive and life coach based out of the New York City area who aims to bring coaching to the next level through the additional lenses of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and psychosomatics. Nova’s unique expertise allows for powerful growth work with a multitude of different clientele ranging from company executive and middle managers to neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ workers.
In terms of coaching, Nova is currently finishing credentialing from the International Coaching Federation through Lumia Coaching’s Signature program. Nova is also finishing a certification in somatic healing from the Institute of Core Energetics.
Prior to becoming a coach, Nova graduated with a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. During this time, Nova also worked for the Latchmere Consulting Group as a consultant for a large non-profit in their administrative leadership team, working in the areas of recruitment and change management.
